1. Establish a coordination agency. Leaded by government agencies, industry associations actively participate in the organization of a mold industry coordinating committee. The task is to develop the statutes of the committee; carry out investigations and research; formulate mid- and long-term development plans for the mold industry; formulate relevant countermeasures; coordinate various issues.
2. Build a cooperation platform. According to the needs of the development of the east and west mold industry in Dongguan, we must first build a mold technology research and development platform, mold design platform, mold standard parts application platform, mold manufacturing collaboration platform, mold information service platform, mold management platform, mold talent training platform Seven other platforms. Each platform has a different committee of mold industry associations responsible for and implement to people. At present, the Yangtze River Delta Mold City and Kunshan International Mold City, which are currently at the forefront, have taken the lead in constructing such cooperation platforms.
3. Establish strategic alliances. Some mold companies in Shanghai based on the needs of products, with a strong mold enterprise as the core, gather some collaborating factories around it, and establish a strategic alliance or tactical combination, which not only greatly reduces the cost of mold manufacturing, but also shortens the mold production cycle . To achieve a win-win situation, the Dongguan mold industry must establish a strategic alliance. It can begin with the IT electronics industry mold and set up a regional strategic alliance.
4. Strengthen technical discussions. Advanced foreign technologies must be introduced and introduced. However, we must not rely on ourselves. Our model has a profound technical foundation and valuable experience accumulated over a long period of time. We must care for and excavate these experiences. At the same time, within the strategic alliance, we must break the self-closed barriers and conduct technical discussions from time to time to achieve comprehensive application, independent innovation, and common improvement.
5. Standard moldmaking standards. Up to now, there is no standard for the design, manufacture, and acceptance of advanced and uniform molds. Local and various companies have their own standards. For example, the acceptance criteria for private and foreign molds in the city are not the same, so the requirements for molds are also different. In order to export, some existing mold companies manufacture molds according to the mold standards of the importing country.
6. Conduct online collaboration. Foreign countries have used virtual technology for virtual design, manufacturing, debugging, and even virtual enterprises. We can implement networked operations within or among strategic alliances, coordinate technologies and equipment, and quickly complete the rational allocation of resources to achieve mutual benefit, mutual benefit, shared markets, win-win coexistence and common development.
7. Jointly to the external single. Due to the rapid development of China's mold enterprises, the level has been greatly improved, and it has been favored by many countries. Therefore, many companies have gone global and opened up international markets. The South China Tooling Alliance, initiated by 12 automotive mold companies, is a good example.
8. Accelerate the training of personnel. At present, mold enterprises are making rapid progress and have the money to buy world-class processing equipment. However, they cannot buy first-class mold talents. All companies are calling for a shortage of talents. Therefore, talent has become a bottleneck for mold development. Pay attention to and implement the training of mold talents. In terms of personnel training, we can also establish strategic alliances, make use of effective resources from all regions to combine, complement each other's advantages, and jointly organize classes to accelerate the development of the training of mold talents.
